After nearly 20 years of grinding, struggling with money, and battling imposter syndrome, I have distilled everything I Have learned to create a 3-part system that helps women in theater do what I did: build a thriving career with confidence and clarity.

Let me pull back the curtain and show you what life looked like for me 10+ years ago and how I go to where I am today.

It’s 2013. I was drunk again. My apartment looked much like I felt inside—chaotic and uncared for. I was 31. I thought I wanted nothing more than to be working full-time in the theater. This, I believed, would solve all my problems. What I didn't realize, until years into my journey, was that the road to my dream theater career would be more about learning to radically love myself than gaining the tactical skills I needed to land that job.

Eight years ago, I made one tiny change that led to a bigger change, which led to an even bigger change, and on and on and on. I just kept going until one day I looked back and saw I had completely transformed my life. I was confident, in love with myself, working my dream career, directing as much as I possibly desired… I was living the life I had dreamed of that day ten+ years ago.

I’m here to support you and other theater makers by alchemizing 20+ years of my personal, professional, and lived experience in the theater. I have created the expansive container and support I needed—but didn’t have—when I was at my lowest as a twenty-something theater artist.

My mission is simple: Help you understand what’s holding you back, get out of your own way, and create the MAGNETIC life you’re meant to live. I work with the actor &/or director who:

  • Want to leave an unfulfilling 9-5 and finally pursue their creativity full-time.

  • Need accountability and a customized plan to start taking real steps toward their dream career.

  • Want support preparing for an audition or interview so they can show up with confidence.

  • Are looking to start a side business to help sustain their creative career.

My approach is centered on guiding you through your own experience. It’s not about telling you what to do, it’s about helping you REWRITE the story you’ve been telling yourself for decades and taking radical transformative action when the answer is revealed. We’ll get clear and I'll empower you to take purposeful steps, bridging the gap between where you are now and who you desire to be.
