We start April 6th

Lack of talent or not enough prep is not your problem.

Your ACTUAL problem:
You abandon your instincts the second you are being evaluated and THAT is why you are struggling.

You lose access to everything you’ve worked so hard for once you’re in an audition, trying to “win” a role.

You are done waiting to be chosen.
Now it’s time to choose yourself.

Everything shifts when you stop walking into auditions hoping you will be chosen and you walk in with the energy of “what is meant for me, is meant for me.”

No more desperate “pick me” energy,
only grounded confidence.

This is exactly what we cultivate inside
The Embodied Actor Program.
We start April 6th.
Be first in line when doors & early bird pricing drop on March 18th.

This isn’t just another acting class with broad acting hacks.

The Embodied Actor Program is your 8 week, four phase immersive program for serious actors ready to:

  • Close the gap between how you rehearse and how you perform when it actually counts.

  • Eliminate “pick me” energy so your choices land bold, grounded, and undeniable.

  • Access your craft consistently, not just when you feel calm and confident.

  • Protect AND OWN your identity as an artist instead of slowly convincing yourself you’re not cut out for this.

This is your momentum shift

Inside The Embodied Actor Program

we train actors, like you, where it actually counts.
Not in calm, controlled rehearsal rooms — but in activation.
You get structured reps while being watched. You practice while your nervous system is online. You stay in the work when your body wants to brace. And you’re coached in real time so your instincts don’t disappear under pressure. This isn’t “community for support.” It’s exposure without rejection. Repetition that builds tolerance. Training that holds when you’re being evaluated so your work stays alive when it actually matters.

Limited to just 10 participants.
The waitlist gets first dibs and
discounted presale pricing.

It’s time to claim your seat instead of waiting to be chosen for one;

not as an actor hoping to be picked, but as someone who belongs.

The Embodied Actor Program
is your next right move if…

  • You walk out of auditions knowing you “did it right”… but something essential was missing you.

  • Your talent and training are solid, yet under pressure your body tightens, your instincts mute, and you default to what you think casting wants.

  • You’ve mastered technique, but in the room, you abandon yourself and perform “acceptable” instead of alive.

  • You notice the “pick-me” energy creeping in and you subtly find yourself shape-shifting, over-explaining, over-pleasing — and it leaves you depleted.

  • You watched someone else book the role and knew deep in your heart, that should have been mine.

  • You’re tired of chasing approval and ready to root your work in something deeper than being chosen.

  • You identify as an artist, not just someone trying to land a job.

New Here?

Hi! I’m Lindsey.

Basically, My superpower is fully seeing you
and helping you trust what you already have so, when the pressure is high and your nervous system is screaming, you don’t disappear into fear or perfectionism—you show up fully present, fully expressive, and fully yourself.  When you show up fully, you alchemize your uniqueness into the thing they won’t forget.

I’m a director and acting coach with over 20 years of experience guiding performers across South Korea, London, and the United States to their most authentic, magnetic selves.

I’m a nervous system expert with lived experience overcoming my own paralyzing self-doubt to build a directing career on my own terms. I know what it feels like to walk into a big moment full of nerves, self-doubt, and pressure, and I know how to guide actors out of that state so they can show up fully grounded, confident, and alive.

Today, my coaching fuses precision craft, subconscious reprogramming, somatic healing, and grounded career strategy. I use my unique life experience and MFA training to merge discipline with imagination, technique with truth.

Lifetime Access to The Embodied Actor Program & Materials
My complete 4-Phase Training Methodology so you have a clear, repeatable system you can return to again and again.

PHASE 1: REGULATE (Weeks 1–2)

This is where everything changes. Before we touch the monologue, we work with your nervous system — understanding how audition pressure triggers fight, flight, freeze, or fawn, and how to interrupt it in real time. Through simple, science-backed tools and body-based practices, you’ll build internal safety so your talent doesn’t disappear when you’re being watched.

PHASE 2: ROOT (Weeks 3-4)

Once your body feels safer, we bring in the monologue. Instead of overthinking beats or forcing line readings, you’ll root the text into your body through impulse, physical stakes, and embodied memorization. This is where your work becomes grounded, honest, and repeatable.

PHASE 3: RELEASE (Weeks 5-6)

r pressure. You’ll practice performing while being observed, learning to notice activation mid-performance, recover without shutting down, and stay present even when it’s not “perfect.” This is where you stop chasing flawless and start accessing freedom.

PHASE 4: REPEAT (Weeks 7-8)

Confidence isn’t a vibe — it’s a system. In this final phase, you’ll build a repeatable audition process you can rely on every single time, from a grounded pre-audition ritual to a clear prep structure and post-audition reset.

The goal isn’t perfection. It’s embodied confidence you can access again and again, no matter the room.

FAQs

I’ve tried acting classes/ coaching / mindset work before — what makes this different?

1

Most acting classes focus on technique or mindset in isolation. This program is different because it treats confidence as a system, not a feeling. You’ll learn to regulate your nervous system, root your work in your body, perform under pressure, and build a repeatable process — so your talent shows up reliably, even in high-stakes rooms.

Unlike other approaches, it’s practical, embodied, and sustainable — no guesswork, no burnout, no relying on “vibes” to carry you.

I work a lot — how much time per week does this program require?

2

Designed for busy actors, this program fits real life. Join the 1-hour weekly live call or watch the replay anytime, and use the short, practical exercises at your own pace.

The best part? Lifetime access means you can return to the tools whenever you need — building confidence without overwhelm.

I already do mindset work/therapy.— That doesn’t really translate to my acting. Why will The Embodied Acting Program help me?

3

Mindset work or therapy helps understand your nerves, but it doesn’t always teach you how to perform under pressure. This program goes beyond insight — you’ll train your body, regulate your nervous system, and practice in real audition conditions, so confidence becomes repeatable, not just theoretical.

I get nervous, but that’s normal, right? Nerves mean I care, so why fix it?

4

Yes — nerves are normal, and they show you care. The difference is whether your nerves help you or hijack you. This program teaches you to work with that energy, so it fuels your performance instead of freezing it.

This isn’t about shortcuts or just booking more…

This is about becoming undeniable while building an acting career, and life, that is sustainable and enjoyable.

We start on April 6th and spots are limited.

Perfection isn’t required to build the acting career you deserve…
but you do need to put in the reps, regulate, and let your work shine.

Every month you wait to invest in yourself, and your craft, is another month your talent goes unseen, and your self-doubt gets louder.

Take control now, so you’re remembered walking into auditions with calm confidence, free from “pick-me” energy, knowing what’s meant for you will come.

What People Are Saying

“ Not only did Lindsey recognize my strengths, but more importantly, she helped me address and strengthen my weaknesses. Lindsey is an actor’s director and she knows how to bring the best out of you. If you are efficient at the technical aspects, but struggle with getting out of your head, Lindsey has the tools necessary to take you to the next level of making your craft the best it can be. ”

— Cody

Lindsey doesn’t expect perfection from actors. She sees the humanity in everyone she works with and gives plenty of space to laugh, cry, and feel at home. There were times I cried in front of Lindsey, and normally I’d feel embarrassed or “unprofessional”, but because of her nurturing communication and welcoming presence, I didn’t feel either of those things. I’m really grateful I was able to work with her and any actor would be lucky to have that opportunity!”

— Makenzie

[Lindsey] knows what she wants but allows a safe environment for her actors to explore characters and make choices. She provides great communication and feedback that help to bring out the best potential in her actors.

— Emma

Lindsey brings out the best in her actors, by exploring and enhancing rather than imposing. From realistic plays to more abstract works, her experience as a director allows her to see the whole production as it develops -- movements and tableaus, changes in tempo and energy -- and encourage every actor to contribute."

— Derek
