Now let’s train your body to deliver it under pressure so casting can’t look away.

You have the talent.

If you’re here, you’re likely already working as an actor or thinking about stepping into it seriously.

You may be booking work, but feeling the cost of keeping it going.

Or balancing survival work with the creative life you actually want.

Or preparing for conservatory auditions where everything feels like it’s on the line.

What connects all of this is simple:

You want to walk into rooms grounded, prepared, and fully yourself without the internal noise, strain, or overcompensation.

You’re in the right place.

Acting & career coaching rooted in nervous system safety for actors who want a career that finally starts reflecting your talent.

You’ve trained for years.
You know the work.
You show up prepared, professional, and capable.

Which makes it even more frustrating when your talent still isn’t translating into consistent work.

You’re doing everything you’re “supposed” to do… and yet you leave auditions thinking, "They still didn’t see what I can actually do.”

That stops now.

I work with actors whose bodies are saying ‘stay safe’ when the room is asking them to be seen, whose nervous system is in survival mode — which overrides all the prep.

We rewire that response, so what shows up in rehearsal doesn’t disappear when it matters most.

This isn’t about trying harder or fixing what’s “wrong.”
It’s about creating safety, clarity, and embodied confidence, so you can work consistently, take up space without apology, and let your career catch up to the talent you already have.

Because when your body doesn’t feel safe, it won’t let you be seen - no matter how ready you are.

Working with Lindsey helped me to see the light at the end of the tunnel that was my blocked artistic mind. Through our work, I was able to access more authentic and in the moment performances and strive for a more grounded feeling in the room and in my selftapes.

During our time together, I gained representation! Working with Lindsey helped me to start believing in myself and my creative possibilities, and once I started taking myself seriously, I found other industry professionals started to, too!

-Sydney professionals started to, too!

Meet Lindsey

My superpower is fully seeing you and helping you trust what you already have so, when the pressure is high and your nervous system is screaming, you don’t disappear into fear or perfectionism—you show up fully present, fully expressive, and fully yourself.  When you show up fully, you alchemize your uniqueness into the thing they won’t forget.

I’m a director and acting coach with over 20 years of experience guiding performers across South Korea, London, and the United States to their most authentic, magnetic selves.

I’m a nervous system expert with lived experience overcoming my own paralyzing self-doubt to build a directing career on my own terms. I know what it feels like to walk into a big moment full of nerves, self-doubt, and pressure, and I know how to guide actors out of that state so they can show up fully grounded, confident, and alive.

Today, my coaching fuses precision craft, subconscious reprogramming, somatic healing, and grounded career strategy. I use my unique life experience and MFA training to merge discipline with imagination, technique with truth.

What People Are Saying

“ Not only did Lindsey recognize my strengths, but more importantly, she helped me address and strengthen my weaknesses. Lindsey is an actor’s director and she knows how to bring the best out of you. If you are efficient at the technical aspects, but struggle with getting out of your head, Lindsey has the tools necessary to take you to the next level of making your craft the best it can be. ”

— Cody

“Lindsey doesn’t expect perfection from actors. She sees the humanity in everyone she works with and gives plenty of space to laugh, cry, and feel at home. There were times I cried in front of Lindsey, and normally I’d feel embarrassed or “unprofessional”, but because of her nurturing communication and welcoming presence, I didn’t feel either of those things. I’m really grateful I was able to work with her and any actor would be lucky to have that opportunity!”

— Makenzie

“[Lindsey] knows what she wants but allows a safe environment for her actors to explore characters and make choices. She provides great communication and feedback that help to bring out the best potential in her actors.

— Emma

“Lindsey brings out the best in her actors, by exploring and enhancing rather than imposing. From realistic plays to more abstract works, her experience as a director allows her to see the whole production as it develops -- movements and tableaus, changes in tempo and energy -- and encourage every actor to contribute."

— Derek
